Today, display of 3 random posters extracted from the base was added to the home page.

Not much done otherwise. But hey, it's the holydays :)

Starting today Friendly URLs have been added to the site,

some examples :

will bring you to the movie page
http://movieposters.2038.net/director-woody-allen
will bring you to a list of films directed by Woody Allen
http://movieposters.2038.net/imdbid-441774
will bring you to the film that has this imdb id (no leading zero)
http://movieposters.2038.net/movieid-1580
will bring you to the film that hols this id in the base
http://movieposters.2038.net/year-1980
will show a list of film released in 1980
http://movieposters.2038.net/years-1980-1985
will list the films in the base released between 1980 and 1985

(for those interested by the technical stuff, this is done with Apache mod_rewrite, and a bit of php to write the urls this way. I knwo, nobody cares but the robots, still, it''s prettier this way :))

New functionnality : Search subtitles

A new functionnality appeared last night on movieposters.2038.net : a direct link to subtitles search provided by opensubtitles.org. Either on search results page, or the movie file, a single click will bring you to the list of existing subtitles (if any) for that movie.
